We are OC Works, a two-person studio out of Florida. Oscar Castellanos designs and builds the sites. Robert Suarez runs client work and walks you through the brief. Most sites we see for gyms, restaurants, and contractors look like they were built in 2011 and load slow. We fix it.

How long does it actually take?
Seven to ten days from the discovery call to launch for a Starter site. Multi-page Growth projects run ten to fourteen days. If you need it faster, we charge a rush fee. No ghosting, ever. - 02
Who owns the site when it is done?
You do. The domain is in your name, hosting is in your account, the code is yours. No lock-in. If you ever want to walk away, you can take everything with you. - 03
What if I want to change things later?
You can edit content yourself through a simple dashboard, or pay a flat $90/month for us to handle updates. No pay-per-click nonsense. Big redesigns are quoted separately. - 04
Do I have to host with you?
No. We deploy to Cloudflare Pages, which is free. The account lives under your email. If you want to move later, your files come with you. - 05
What if I do not like the first draft?
You tell us exactly what is off and we rebuild until you are happy. Every package includes 2 or 3 rounds of revisions. If we are completely misaligned after round one, we refund you the deposit, no hard feelings. - 06
How do payments work?
We get on a call. We send you a draft and you tell us everything you want changed. A small deposit locks in your build slot, then you pay the rest on launch once you sign off on the final version. Stripe invoice, no contracts to print.
